Processor Setup Guide
Changing or Setting Up Your ProcessorIMPORTANT: If you change to a different processor, you will no longer be able to perform credits on transactions done through your old processor. In order to perform credits, you will be required to enter these as a new credit transaction either programmatically, or manually using PayPal Manager.
Additionally, all transactions that were authorized using your old processor must be captured before changing processors. Perform the following steps to change and/or set up your processor information: - Contact your merchant bank to obtain the processor that your account is using.
The following processors are compatible with PayPal at this time: - American Express Direct
- First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) Nashville (Envoy)
- First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) North
- First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) South
- Global Payments East (formally NDC East)
- Global Payment Central (MAPP)
- NOVA
- Paymentech (Salem)
- Paymentech (Tampa)
- Vital (Visa Net)
- Click here for the appropriate processor information sheet (in the following sections) for information needed to set up the processor.
- Fill out the requested information for your processor. Please be certain to fill out all requested information.
- Fax the completed form back to SWRemote's toll free fax line at 1.888.838.8664.
What can I expect after that? Once you have faxed back your information, we will provide you with your Merchant ID and Password. You will use this information to access the PayPal Manager Control panel.
