Who to Contact

In order to determine the information required to fill out the correct credit gateway form on the Processor Setup Guide that's required for SWRemote to set up your SWRemote PayFlow Account, you'll need to contact your local bank through which you've established your merchant credit card account and identify the credit gateways that they interface with from the PayFlow authorized credit gateways. Once determined, you can select the proper form, fill it out with the aid of your bank and fax it back to us at 1-888-838-8664 (please remember to include your company name and contact information - Fax header preferred).
