Assembling

When you receive SWRemote your device will come in four separate pieces. The phone, which will run the SWRemote software, The printer/scanner/card swipe, and the sleeve which connects the pieces together. Optionally you will also receive the GPS receiver in your package.

In order to properly use the device you will need to assemble the system. You may also need to disassemble the device in order to do accomplish tasks like changing the printer paper.

The GPS unit will be discussed later in this document and requires no assembly. To assemble the device, first take the printer device and slide it into the holster provided in the package.

The next step is to insert the phone into the holster. On the top of the holster is a plastic sheet which will hold the phone. The phone should fit snug into the holster and the buttons should line up with the holes in the plastic.

The last step in the assembly process is to attach the phone to the printer device. This is done with the cord which extends from the bottom of the printer. Take the cord from the printer and plug it into the port found at the bottom of the device.
