Agreements

New agreements and agreement renewal can be sold and added to the invoice in the field.  When the invoice is sent back to SuccessWare21, the agreement/renewal will show as a lline item on the invoice as usual, and the agreement/renewal will be created.  Only limited information will be used to create this agreement.  Specifically,

• the agreement type,
• the number of years,
• the start date,
• the total amount,
• and the amount collected. 

You must edit the agreeement in SuccessWare21 from the invoice and specify the additional required information for an invoice...
