Printing Pricebooks

If you choose to use barcodes in your system, the first step in this process is to print out your pricebook for the tech to carry in the truck. You may already have this done for your technicians. Depending on whether you have barcodes printed already on this pricebook it may be required for you to print your pricebook again.

When you print your pricebook, there are different formats you can use. One of these formats already includes barcodes. Another pricebook option is to keep the currently printed pricebooks you have and to barcode the pricebook itself. This is covered in the next section, Barcode Pricebook.
