Printing Barcode Labels for Part Labeling in Trucks

You can use SuccessWare21 reports to print barcode labels for labeling parts/bins within your service trucks. Once placed in your service trucks, these barcodes can be scanned with SWRemote to include part cost on jobs and remove inventory from your trucks assisting in restocking.

To print barcode labels for a truck…

NOTE: The labels printed are your standard 3 column 10 row envelope labels. For instance, the Avery 5160.

1. From the Main Menu, select "Management | Report Gallery"
2. Select "Warehouse Stock List"
3. Select the truck warehouse
4. Select "Stocked Items (Min/Max>0)"
5. Select "Print Labels"
6. Select "Include Warehouse and Bin #"
7. Sort by any fields you feel necessary to help find the labels once printed.
8. Print the report.
