Dispatching

One of the important features of SWRemote the ability to have a technician dispatch to a job using the device. This eliminates the need to tell the technician what job they should dispatch to and the need to manually modify the tech's timecard.

This saves your dispatcher the time needed to determine when and where to send the technician and the need for the timecard to be manually filled in as the technician performs work. This is also true of any job and non-job status in the system including: Onsite, Lunch, etc.
