What Happens in SW21

Because the technician will be entering the invoice in the field, there is no longer a need to manually enter an invoice. This means that an invoice will be created for you, by the tech, in SW21. You will still need to open and post the invoice, but all information needed for that will be provided.

Other information such as Agreements and inventory control will also need to be posted and added to (The technician only collects a limited amount of information about an agreement while in the field).
