We recommend that users familiarize themselves with the device by reading the online documentation. This will help new users to understand what SWRemote is and what it can do. When you first begin using SWRemote in your organization, we recommend deploying the device to a single technician in the field. This will minimize the impact on your business as you learn the new technology. This person should eventually become your “in-house” expert on the SWRemote software. We further recommend that this technician take notes about portions of the system that are different from your existing process. This will help remind them of items that they can share as they train other technicians. As you deploy SWRemote to more and more technicians in your organization, it may make sense to develop more of these in-house experts, so that training may be done by more than one individual. |
