Start with One Tech

The best recommendation we can make for training is to start with one technician. This allows your business (and other technicians) perform while you get used to this new technology. This also has the added advantage of building an "onsite" expert in the application. The more this technician uses the application, the more comfortable they will become in the system.

Let Initial Tech Train Others

The advantage of teaching one technician how to use the application and building an onsite expert is now you have a technician who is comfortable in the application and now can train other techs how to use the system.

This greatly reduces the amount of effort you need to spend to train your technicians as the more people you train, the more "experts" you produce.

Let "Others" Train Others

Now that you start building the core of experts in your organization, you now have a built in team of trainers available for the other people not yet trained in the application. Training will take care of itself as people who are comfortable in the application show other technicians how to use the application.

With the knowledge base you'll be forming within your company, technicians will always have people to contact and talk to regarding how best to use the application and any parts of the system they are unclear on.
