Start with the Tutorial

The easiest way to start to learn how to use SWRemote is to start with the tutorial system. This serves a couple purposes. First, it allows you to test the system without effecting your live data.

Second, using the tutorial system allows you to train your technician on the new software included with SWRemote. Teaching is much easier when the user you're training doesn't have to worry about "messing up" the system by experimenting with the settings on the device.

Last, using the tutorial system allows your technician to get more comfortable with the application. As mentioned previously, the technician doesn't need to worry about "messing up" the system. They can add and complete jobs, modify customer information and anything else in the system without worrying about affecting the system as a whole.
