Dispatching

When a dispatcher drops a call on a tech in the SuccessWare21 call center, the job will show up on the technician's PDA. Once the job has been received by the technician, the call center will automatically show the 'notified' status for the job. When then technician dispatches or marks themselves onsite, this will show up in call center as well.
