Invoicing

The technician will build the invoice in the field, adding tasks, new agreements, renewals, and visits to the invoice. This invoice will be sent back to SuccessWare21 complete and ready for posting. Payment will be processed in the field and this information will be included on the invoice back in SuccessWare21.

Above you'll see the the invoice as you build and then review. On the review invoice screen you'll see your totals as well as be able to print the invoice for the customer. Below you will see a sample invoice back in SW21.

The SWremote device allows users to build invoices right there on the device. This includes calculation of tax rates and discounts. The invoices can be printed and given to the customer. Prices for the invoices are automatically pulled from a price book database. The device also gives users the ability to scan barcodes or search for additional items.
