Job Completion

When the technician completes the job and records job summary, this information will update the job summary information back in SuccessWare21.

When closing a job, the technician fills out the form to the left. Depending on what options they choose, the application will ask for further information. Once this is done, this information becomes immediately available in SW21.

With an optional PayFlow account, work can be authorized and payments can be received during the service visit. The device also allows the customer to set up and bill their own customer accounts.
