Using a handheld PDA and a choice of wireless carrier, technicians can manage the entire job process from start to finish. This includes access to job information, job status monitoring, barcode scanning of parts & tasks, and point-of-sale credit card billing. In addition to the handheld PDA, the application uses a specialized 3-in-1 one barcode scanner, credit card swipe reader and mobile printer.
