Requirements

Mobile Technician and Mobile Inventory work exclusively with SuccessWare®21, and are designed to make your business even more profitable than it is today!  Each program has specific requirements that are listed below.  As always, if you have any questions please feel free to call our sales department at 1-800-299-2079.

Mobile Technician Requirements

• You must be a SuccessWare®21 customer - both ASP and LAN (In-House Network) are compatible
• You must use an approved phone (device) - download device & accessory list here
• You must purchase an unlimited data plan from your wireless provider

Mobile Inventory Requirements

• You must be a SuccessWare®21 customer - both ASP and LAN (In-House Network) are compatible
• You must use an approved phone (device) - download device & accessory list here
• If you device does not have a barcode scanner built in, you must purchase an approved barcode scanner
• You must have a WiFi network in the area where you intend to use your Mobile Inventory device.
