Common Device Messages

Below are some common messages you may receive while operating the device.
No Message Found, and no default message setup
— This occurs when there is a problem with the application internally, as this is an error generated by the device. An unexpected failure has occurred. Please contact support at 1-800-566-6940.
Cannot modify timecard; Remote control is not enabled.
— This happens when the remote control of the time card is disabled.
Unable to determine appropriate version from master entry []
— This error occurs when the device no longer has a valid session id.
Unexpected failure; Expected Duration must be greater than 5 min and less than 24 hours.
— This error happens when the user is entering an invalid expected duration that is invalid in SuccessWare.
Conflicting entry: 'TimeCardStatus' @ 'FromTime' to 'ToTime' on 'Date'
— This occurs when the user tries and modify their time card, but SuccessWare has this user at another status during this time. For Example: Conflicting entry: Meeting @ 3:00PM to 4:00PM on 06/07/2007.
ModInsRecord [Could not locate InvoiceItemID #2573 for updating cdsItem.]
— This error occurs when an invoice item is removed from the invoice after it has been sent to SuccessWare. When trying to re-send this invoice with this item, this error occurs.
Invalid password for user
— The occurs when an incorrect password is being used. Password is case sensitive, so be sure to enter the password correctly.
Invalid user (asdm1)
— This error occurs when you try and log in with a user who is not successfully created in SuccessWare.
JobRefSDM.MapLocDirections: Unexpected failure; MapPointSDM.MapDirections: ...
— This error means that Map Point is not currently installed correctly on your server. This happens when you try and get turn by turn directions.
