If this error occurs, this mean the person who handles SuccessWare has modified this user's timecard, which is keeping this user from modifying their timecard during this period. The reason for this is that a user cannot be in two places at one time, so SuccessWare does not allow this. In order for the user to proceed, this timecard must be modified to allow this user access to their time card. In SuccessWare, you must take off the 'Remote Control' bit for the specific user, and modify this so that the user can proceed. Once this has been changed, be sure the 'Remote Control' bit is checked again, which will allow the user to modify their time card. If this is not checked, they will receive the error: "Cannot modify timecard; Remote control is not enabled."
