Unexpected failure; Expected Duration must be greater than 5 min and less than 24 hours.

Expected Duration is the amount of time a user believes he/she will be on a certain status. The user needs to have an expected duration any time they dispatch, go onsite, or change their time card status. When entering the expected duration on the device, the amount of time must be greater than 5 minutes and less than 24 hours.

Here is an example of an invalid expected duration:

Hours: 0

Minutes: 5

The above example is only 5 minutes, which isn't allowed in SuccessWare. This will result in an error.

Here is an example of a valid expected duration:

Hours: 0

Minutes: 15

The above example with make the expected duration 15 minutes.
