A: This could be a couple different issues. Please check the following: - Your phone is able to connect to the internet and can make data requests. To check this, open a web browser and navigate to http://swmt21.com and check if the phone responds with a webpage. - Ensure you're phone's date and time is set properly. This can cause the authentication to the server to fail. To check this, navigate through your phones menus in the following order: Start menu, Settings, System (tab), Clock. Change to a valid time and time zone if applicable. - Ensure the username and password you entered are correct. This is the username and password you set up when signing up to SWRemote. |
